We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Finance Executive specialising in Accounts Receivable (AR)** to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s cash flow and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of AR processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate recording of daily accounts receivable receipts.
- Ensure prompt updating of receipts from customers into the system.
- Issue credit notes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the month-end closing activities for the accounts receivable function.
- Support the Non-Trade Payable team with payment-related matters when needed.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or finance manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience or knowledge in Accounts Receivable processes is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,400.00 per month
