**Operation Executive (Freight Forwarding)**

**About Us**:
We are a leading provider of warehousing, handling, and logistics services, specializing in non-ferrous metals management. As a London Metal Exchange (LME) approved warehouse operator, we are committed to excellence in structured trade and commodity finance.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Operation Executive (Freight Forwarding) to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals for sea freight services.
- Maintain knowledge of shipping company freight rates, with a preference for US/European lines.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Manage existing customer accounts by increasing trade volume and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct cold calls and visits to potential customers, providing quotations and proposals.
- Handle and coordinate all sales-related inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and organize customer tariffs and quotations efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the air/sea freight industry.
- Strong ability to multitask, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned duties.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
