“With us, your success equate to our own.Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Finance, Client Services, Sales, Operations etc.
Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of procedures, and standards required for relevant performance and duties.
Receives training in functions and operations of related departments.
Participating in meetings, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
Traveling to different offices/locations and participating in daily operations as required.
**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong leadership skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent time management skills
Bachelors Degree
