Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION : IT Infrastructure & Network Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Infrastructure and Network Manager, you shall have a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, On-Prem Server and Cloud technology. This role also entails strategic management of concurrent projects in Infrastructure and Networking that align with the THKMC strategic digitalisation and transformation plans.

As Infrastructure and Network Manager, you are responsible for the design, installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance and optimisation of network and infrastructure across on-premise, cloud and network infrastructure. He/She shall be responsible for the design and building of network infrastructure components, and integrating technologies to ensure delivery of infrastructure solutions in alignment with service standards

He/She is knowledgeable in the use of networking systems and devices, firewalls, wireless controls and technology, network standards including network routing protocols. He/She oversees major maintenance and troubleshooting issues and is responsible for executing upgrades to infrastructure systems. He/She also maintains high standards of quality and collaborates with team members to resolve complex issues.

We are partnering technology partners to drive Artificial Intelligence in Behaviour Analysis for Early Intervention, Internet of Things (IoTs) involving sensors and mobile devices, Learning & Training Management solutions, Data Analytics & Digital Dashboarding, Information Security Management, Volunteerism Management solution, Multi-Cloud Management and Network & Infrastructure modernization.

**Job Descriptions**:
**A. Oversee infrastructure & network configuration, upgrades, and deployment**
- Responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions across on-premise and cloud infrastructure that adhere to current architecture standards
- Evaluate the feasibility of integrating or adopting emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies
- Lead the testing of implemented infrastructure solutions to ensure requirements are met
- Manage the integration of third-party technologies into cloud infrastructure
- Develop documentation on administration, installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Oversee adherence to security requirements for infrastructure operations
- Review releases, upgrades and fixes available from systems firmware and supplies and identify those which merit action
- Identify key infrastructure operations issues and maintenance priorities
- Manage the implementation of agreed infrastructure change requests and maintenance routines
- Organise schedules for planned maintenance and system back-up processes
- Responsible for the configuration and administration of networks:

- Work with partners to design cost-effective network systems and services that meet product specifications and comply to standards and best practices
- Prepare and execute test plans including integration, performance, coverage and capacity verification
- Review technical documents for processes, technology and devices
- Work with partners to designate the direction for Local Area Network (LAN) and/or Wide Area Network (WAN), internet, wireless, and remote access services
- Oversee the installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance and effective use network architecture
- Review releases, upgrades, and fixes available from systems software and supplies and identify those which merit action

**B. Optimise infrastructure & network performance, security and systems**
- Responsible for the optimisation of infrastructure and network performance
- Monitor metrics for performance, reliability, availability, security and billing of infrastructure systems to proactively right-size infrastructure load
- Analyse and present findings on infrastructure and network capabilities and limitations
