**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement student services and engagement activities.
- Prepare and review the general information e.g. programme details, student pass info/ resources for
- New students (local and international)
- Continuing students
- Arrange for pre-departure talks to international students who travelled to Singapore/ PSB Academy for the first time
- Arrange for arrival briefing and provide relevant resources e.g. Pre-Arrival Kit, Resources for Students, Support

- Manage and lead the IO Team

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of working experience.
- Strength in relationship building and management.
- Good accountability to drive the team towards the targets set.
- Able to initiate ideas in improving the student experiences and work in a team orientated environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to do in-depth course counselling across all disciplines.
- Willing to work shift hours or weekends where required
