Trybe, an Institution of a Public Character (IPC), is a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). Our corporate values are resilience, integrity, service, and excellence.
Trybe runs various youth programmes and manages the Singapore Boys’ Hostel (SBHL). We provide youth with guidance and offer support for their families and communities, creating a complete ecosystem of care from community-based outreach and interventions, to individual in-care and aftercare services.
The Corporate Communications Executive supports the implementation of internal and external communication strategies for the Company, including but not limited to media relations, content development, and awareness initiatives.
List of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop effective internal and external communication strategies for the organization;
- Distribute executive messages, prepare presentations and internal memos, and create platform to share information;
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc;
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and oversee the campaign from ideation to execution;
- Manage all public facing platform such as website, social media channels and marketing materials.
Reporting structure: Reports to Head of Corporate Communications
Technical competencies:
- Support the company with internal and external communication.
- Support appointed media spokespersons in the company to prepare message and perform “damage control” when needed;
- Design, develop, analyze and suggest new marketing concepts;
- Design graphics, write success stories, and create impact videos for the Company.
Core competencies:
- Independent worker but able to work well in a team;
- Strong graphic design, writing, and video editing skills;
- Strong communicator with outstanding presentation, written and verbal skills;
- Good time management ability and able to work under pressure.
- Outcome driven and takes ownership of task assigned.
- Resilient and have a positive outlook—able to relate with people well
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
- Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
