**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage electrical BIM models for HDB projects using Revit and other relevant software.
- Work closely with the design team, engineers, and architects to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
- Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical systems in HDB developments.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards for electrical installations in public housing.
- Assist in the preparation of 3D visualizations and simulations of electrical systems.
- Support the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller with a focus on electrical systems.
- Proven experience in working on **HDB projects** or similar public housing developments.
- Proficiency in **Revit** and other BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
