1. Source and procure seafood at best price for best quality and freshness.

2. Schedule regular visits to customers to gather feedback and resolve outstanding issues.

3. Monitor customer orders and allocation to achieve set sales and profitability targets.

4. Negotiate with suppliers to conduct promotion activities for customers.

5. Understand market supply conditions for seasonal produce for different source countries.

6. Conduct price and quality comparison and compile report of supply market/competitors.

7. Plan items for in-store offer, advertised offer and customized thematic offer for customers.

8. Maintain professional sustaining business relationship with all suppliers.

9. Conduct site inspection, investigation and report post investigations on quality issue feedbacks.

10. Resolve any arising issues related to produce procured immediately.

11. Other tasks as and when assigned.

**Working Days**
- 6-day work week
- 11pm to 7am

**Job Requirements**
- Strong product and industry knowledge
- Familiar with local suppliers and fishery port operations
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Well versed with fresh products handling and storage management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
