**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**
- Analyze/identify supply chain improvement opportunities, implement and execute continuous improvement
- Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and sourcing departments to acquire supply in a cost effective and timely manner
- Procures materials, components, equipment and services as per business needs
- Monitors the cost, delivery schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure highest quality at best value
- Conducts tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures Key Responsibilities
- Lead improvement tasks/projects to make breakthrough in supply management
- Develop and execute supply resiliency plans to achieve supply assurance
- Support commodity managers to implement productivity projects
- Support and manage major/critical supply recovery and assure continuity supply with no line stoppage
- Trouble shooting with suppliers on delivery. Have sense of urgency and priority.
- Find root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically
- Manage suppliers On-Time delivery performance and able to find ways to improve
- Coordinate the Engineering Change Order and assure implementation effectively RFQ based on Sourcing’s strategy
- Interact with suppliers and various departments regarding procurement Policy & Procedures Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.

- Semiconductor Commodity experience is a Must
- Solid knowledge and experience on manufacturing supply chain management
- Be able to manage major/critical supply recovery
- Able to analyze the supplier performance and find improvement opportunities
- Be able to analyze root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically.
- SAP/Lean knowledge is a plus
- Be able to speak English fluently and be able to present

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification preferably in Supply Chain Management
- 5-8 years’ supply management experience in manufacturing environment
- Commodity/sourcing/project management experience is a plus
