Job Responsibilities
Provide intern with entry-level experience and knowledge on Mall Operation. Intern will be able to learn day-to-day
functions of a company, department, or position to learn about a career path.- Assist in ensure the cleanliness of the mall- Assist and ensure the performance of the Toilet Smart System- Assist to process E Permit To Work, Visitors Permit Registration and Vehicle Entry Pass.- Assist to run duty to ensure Mall is in tip top condition.- Assist to handle feedbacks and incidents- Run or provide support for any ad-hoc projects assigned- Liaise with tenants on regular servicing reports and repair work- Assist in supervising, coordinating, and conducting inspections with service providers on daily routine work,- outstanding defects and rectification works.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification- Existing Diploma or Degree students in the relevant trade
Experience- No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites- Welling to learn and work shift and weekends- Excellent communication skills and communicate effectively in English- Pays attention to details- Able to work with minimum supervision- A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
