We have created a new position as Manager **- Bilas Bakery & Ingredients **to join our already strong and vibrant team in **Port Moresby. **Reporting to the **Managing Director, **this role will be responsible to drive sales growth and development of Bilas products and Bakery Ingredients to relevant customers in predominantly but not limited to the Foodservice & Bakery segments. In addition to this the role will oversee the entire Bilas Bakery Operation and Strategy - Production, Sales, Customer Service & Distribution functions of Bilas Bakery.

**Your **responsibilities **will include**:

- Manage all elements of the Bilas Bakery to improve operational effectiveness and order fulfilment accuracy
- To ensure the development and execution of appropriate Bilas Bakery and Ingredients sales strategies in line with category and overall business direction to achieve growth
- Build end to end route to market program for Bakery ingredients
- Cultivate and maintain Key Direct Account relationships (Bilas/Foodservice & Bakery) - current and new.
- Develop and implement high impact sales plans to drive long and short-term business goals aligned to the PNG business
- Achieve sales volume and EBIT growth across Bilas Bakery and Bakery ingredients
- Promote open dialogue and collaboration between GFI Customer, Sales, Finance & Commercial Supply Chain teams.
- Minimise GFI financial exposure driven by ‘over & under stocks’ through improved forecast accuracy for Bilas and Ingredients
- Deliver best in class NPD speed to market.

**To be considered for the role, you will need to have**:

- 5 years managing and experience in a mid to large Industrial Bakery environment
- High level of organisational skills
- Sales experience at a mid-level to senior level
- Demonstrate the ability to influence & develop beneficial customer & internal relationships that deliver value to customers & GFI
- Experience with the forecasting process
- Energy & willing to be hands on, walk the production lines, and spend time in trade with Sales team and Customers.
- Analytical & financially adept
- Adept with Excel
