Facilities Manager/ Assistant Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the overall site operations and administration
- Ensure compliance with all safety and statutory requirements for building / site operations
- Oversee the site team and appointed contractors/vendors in the management of properties under our charge
- Perform facilities and maintenance management duties, including attendance to fault reports, inspection of buildings, procurement, supervision and certification of works
- Perform contract and project management duties, including preparation of project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and specifications, procurement, evaluation and recommendation of vendors, supervision and certification of works
- Manage Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R) and other projects works
- Manage the fault reporting system with building repair works, implementation of preventive and corrective programmes, etc.
- Implement preventive, corrective programmes and defects liability management (DLP) programme, if required
- Perform leasing and tenancy management duties, including renewals, terminations, handing/taking over, and marketing of units, if required
- Submit regular management reports for facilities and maintenance management, leasing & tenancy management, marketing, budget planning and monitoring, expenditure, building audits / inspection reports, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders from executive management, internal business units, clients, tenants, external supplier partners and vendors
- Perform Fire Safety Manager (FSM) duties, if required
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate Superior, HOD or Client.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical / Mechanical or other building-related disciplines
- At least 5 years of professional and management working experience (supervising roles) in Integrated Facilities Management related services
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) qualifications is an added advantage
