**What You'll Do**:

- Be responsible for supporting general office or HR administration.
- Support and maintain all basic operations and functions of the office, including the maintenance of project equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Handling documents in liaise with employees services (claims, leave management, etc).
- Following up and updating employees documents.
- Administering all human resource and office administration matters to ensure processes are smooth, compliant and effective.
- Ensure the smooth process of end to end onboarding for head office new hires.
- Provide administrative support to other HR functions

**Who You Are**:

- Diploma or higher in Business Management, Administration or Human Resources related courses
- Must demonstrate an ability to successfully work within a team
- Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask, good time management
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple, high pressure activities
- Understands local labour law and regulation and stay current on changes in laws and regulations
- Retail/FMCG industry experience would be advantageous
