**What the role is**
- The jobholder will provide office administration support to the Information Policy Division.
As Executive (Information Policy Division), the jobholder will be responsible for the administrative and operational elements of the work of the Information Policy Division, such as handling the logistics of meetings, engagement sessions with companies and other stakeholders, travel arrangements for officers, procurement of items/services, tracking of follow-ups and simple correspondences, including those from members of public via the Quality Service Management channel. The jobholder will also track the Division’s budget utilisation, support on knowledge management-related and HR-related matters, including on-boarding of new hires and staff welfare matters.
The jobholder will also provide secretariat support to Director and 2nd Director/Information Policy Division.
