Job Responsibilities:
This is a highly rewarding global role based in Singapore HQ office. You will be driving the design of channel retail presence in the US, Europe and Asia (excluding China), in the process you will gain proficiency in major consumer electronic retailers globally such as Walmart, Best Buy and Mediamarkt and able to adopt global marketing strategies into a local context.

You will have a discerning eye for aesthetics in the gaming field and be a brand steward for Razer. Your creativity will be executed in the form of retail stores, shop-in-shop, inline displays and events.

Technical Design Proficiency
- Clear understanding of the Brand Design Guidelines, work on layouts and technical drawings (including 3D visualization) for development of technical packages while overcoming site and material challenges with timely delivery of the projects
- Generate quality technical build drawings with high level of accuracy and detail, understanding traffic flow, user journey, visual merchandising, wayfinding, and business needs
- Red-penning and review of contractor drawings, construction details prior fabrication

Creative Problem Solver
- Think “out-of-box” for a new way to attract and engage consumers
- Ability to scale up or down and propose design solutions based on budget and business needs, using knowledge in materials and common fabrication techniques

Good Communication Skills and a self starter
- Partner with Global Retail Marketing team and Visual Merchandising to lead and elevate the creative vision and direction of the brand retail store design
- Partner with Regional Marketing team to ensure that designs produced are accurate and reflect site conditions and retailer regulations
- Take lead to manage key stakeholders, review issues and challenges with solution proposals

Pre-Requisites:

- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Industrial Design
- 3-5 years of direct experience in a regional or global retail design role
- Proficient in design software such as Sketch up, 3D Studio Max, Vray, Twinmotion, Keyshot, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good project organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paces environment
- Able to navigate with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Fluent in English, experience working on US projects is a plus
