- Responsible for manpower planning and schedule management
- Ensure that all SOPs are strictly adhered to, including food safety & hygiene standards

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations and prior experience as an Outlet Manager
- Interest in F&B and passion for customer service
- Hands-on approach to management, leading by example, involved in day-to-day operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & develop team members
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
