**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Support overall Governance of the division, work closely with various teams within SIOT and central teams within GovTech on audit processes, finance & manpower planning processes and ensure compliance with Government policies - Work alongside with product delivery teams to collate, review, seek approval for submission documents during audit fieldwork, drafting management responses, and follow-up actions to ensure on-time and on-target execution of audit plans by external auditors. - Conduct health checks to assess understanding and adoption of policies and standards, remediation follow-up, and guiding project teams in the process. - Monitor and validate compliance and audit findings to ensure control remediations is effective and root causes have been addressed - Improve internal team processes - Support strategic planning for our capabilities and the relevant resource plans formulation, conceptualization of new initiatives for WOG to ensure progressive uplift the division. This means charting out the strategy priorities and the implementation plans. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish, formulate and monitor programmes and initiatives and ensure they are in line with the divisions’ direction.
