**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and planning for events, including identifying potential venues, vendors, and speakers
- Develop themes, agendas, and promotional materials for events
- Manage the event budget, negotiate contracts with vendors, and track expenses to ensure the event stays within budget
- Identify and recruit speakers for the event, negotiate contracts, and manage their schedule and logistics
- Manage attendee registration, oversee the production of marketing materials and signage, and coordinate logistics like transportation and accommodations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of events, including managing staff, vendors, and volunteers, ensuring that sessions and activities run smoothly, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement, including collecting feedback from attendees, analyzing financial data, and creating reports for stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience producing conferences or events
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
