This person is responsible for maximising sales by effectively displaying and promoting products in retail stores. Their primary goal is to create visually appealing and engaging displays that entice customers to purchase.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Product Placement**: Strategically placing products on shelves, displays, and endcaps to maximize visibility and impulse purchases. Identify areas where display units, diorama sets and/or placement of advertisement can be arranged.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Creating visually appealing displays that align with the brand's image and target audience, keeping in mind the reading sequence.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Being sensitive and maintaining Lancashire Marketing’s policy and image positively and illustrate to all stakeholders (internally and externally) of good integrity and name of Lancashire Marketing.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand.
- **Pricing and Promotions**: Implementing pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales.
- **Sales Reporting**: Tracking sales performance and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interacting with customers to provide product information and answer questions.
- **Store Visits**: Regularly visiting retail stores to ensure merchandising standards are maintained and to identify potential issues.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating with retailers to secure optimal shelf space and promotional opportunities.
- **Store/Mall Analysis**: Staying informed about market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
- **Events & Activation**: Able to present and promote products, brands and as Lancashire Marketing as whole. Should have positive approach and appearance for buddying team.
- **Risk Management**: Able to identify risks and perform the necessary risks and escalate to the correct channel.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Strong Visual Skills**: The ability to create eye-catching displays and layouts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate product placement and pricing.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with retailers, store staff, and customers.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: The ability to identify and resolve issues related to product placement, inventory, and store operations.
- **Time Management Skills**: The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: The ability to negotiate favourable terms with retailers.
- **Computer Knowledge**: Be able to pick up new software skills. Basic MS Office is a must. Should be responsive and able to communicate via digital platforms such as MS Teams, Skype and/or Whatsapp for Business.
