Our client is a leading live streaming service platform that focuses on building global communities around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. Launched in 2011, it has since amassed millions of users who come together each day to chat, interact, and create their own entertainment.

**The Role**

The Firm is looking for an Accounting Data Analyst to be a part of its APAC accounting team. In this role, you will be supporting all accounting-related processes such as the month-end close and review of content contracts across the APAC markets. You will also be required in assisting in any ad-hoc tasks or projects managed by the APAC accounting team.

This is a **1-year contract **role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly variance analysis
- Track content budget costs and pipeline of content deals
- Perform commercial content contracts review under Salesforce
- Perform walkthroughs on accounting and/or finance processes, identify gaps or issues, and propose recommendations to remediate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) related risks
- Assist the revenue accounting team in client onboarding and credit check

**Key Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience with minimum 2 years in external auditor
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including dealing with colleagues from all different levels and management team
- An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural workplace
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Knowledge and good understanding of ERP systems (including Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Coupa) is a plus
