**The opportunity**

This position allows the individual to develop a deep and holistic understanding of reinsurance and how it creates value for business. The role will also lead reinsurance operations and collaborate with various stakeholders in the company as well as our affiliated vendors in regional office to deliver quality reinsurance arrangement and administration; specifically, for inforce portfolio. ]

**Responsibilities**:

- Housekeep the inforce reinsurance treaties.
- Lead new reinsurance implementation into administration system.
- Ensure adequate controls and monitors on reinsurance transactions and reinsurance reporting
- Manage and monitor reinsurance administrative systems and relevant stakeholders. Assist in company's initiatives/strategies relating to reinsurance.

**What we are looking for**
- University degree, preferably majored in Finance/Accounting or Actuarial
- 6 years of experience in related fields. Experience in financial reporting, reinsurance, or system implementation.
- Knowledge and understanding of reinsurance arrangements.
- Interested in driving changes with solution-seeking mind-set.
- Prioritization, project and timeline management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good skills of MS Excel, SQL, Access
