Main Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Store Designers according to H&M Group values, business goals, and leadership expectations
- Support team members in reaching their full potential by actively working on development plans
- Ensure high-quality project deliveries and craftsmanship within the region, consistently meeting required timelines.
- Oversee project outcomes, providing feedback and suggesting enhancements through active coaching
- Set clear expectations for team members, effectively delegating tasks and distributing workload
- Foster strong collaboration between Central Functions, Brand, and Regions.

**Qualifications** Education and Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior role within Architecture and Design, or a related field.
- Project management experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in waterfall project methodologies (minimum) and agile (preferred)
- Fluent in English.

**Knowledge and skills**

Professional expertise in Architecture & Design, including:

- Conceptualization and creative interpretation to develop architectural and design solutions from briefs.
- Proficiency in architectural and interior design, including material selection, structural exploration, and environmental adaptation.
- Skilled in architectural drawings, design details in 2D and 3D (plans and sections), and visualizations/renderings using relevant software.
- Knowledge of building technology, structural design, and construction of building elements and components.
- Domain knowledge in areas such as retail, architecture & design, construction, or real estate management.

**Competency**
- Proficient in presenting information effectively to various audiences, using diverse presentation and communication methods for clarity.
- Skilled in identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive business results.
- Effective team collaborator in diverse, agile cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in leading within a creative environment, inspiring creative processes and fostering learning.
- Customer-focused, ensuring all efforts contribute to customer satisfaction.
