**Finance Director

**Working Hours**:Office Hours
- Oversee and review the activities of the Finance and Purchasing teams
- Responsible for the financial management and reporting activities of the company
- Develop, streamline and enhance financial management and reporting processes
- Responsible for management reporting
- Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process including effective planning, guidelines and assumptions
- Timely and accurate preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with the regulated guidelines
- Review and finalise daily reconciliation and month-end closing activities
- Provide financial insights and advise to the CEO
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents Drive digitalisation of Finance processes

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in ERP systems or equivalent Change Management Experience required
