**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or relevant professional qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of finance experience, with a focus on the automotive or new energy industry being an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s financial regulations, tax policies, and accounting standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and handle complex financial challenges.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving profitability and cost management.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
