Purchasing & E-commerce Executive

**OK Can Pte Ltd** is a retail company that sells toys, gifts and Collectables such as Miffy dolls. We are currently looking for a **Purchasing & E-Commerce Executive **who is highly driven and ready to join a fast-paced start-up environment to support our business structure as we grow You’ll be assisting with the B2B Sales Team of procurement & purchasing cycle and handling day-to-day transactions. **Job responsibilities**:

- Manage our own ecommerce website as well as 3rd party ecommerce stores
- Run promotions, advertisement and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets
- Ensure product listing information is consistent across all online ecommerce stores and products are in stock.
- Use sales data to analyse and produce reports on various online channels to understand the consumer behaviour and trends. Propose new campaigns and targeting opportunities
- Manage purchasing cycle including issuance of PO, requesting for quotation, goods receipt, supplier billing and negotiation with supplier for favourable pricing
- Assist in co-ordination with the team on product information, price availability, and delivery schedule
- Manage detailed forecasts by SKU based on category level consensus forecast and replenishment plans to maximize sales and optimize inventory with excellent fulfilment to customers
- Other adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 1 year of related experience, preferably in purchasing procurement or e-commerce.
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English to liaise with our suppliers and clients.
- Well organised with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fast learner who is able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
