Position Summary

The Senior Retail Management Executive (Field Force Executive) is responsible to assist in the management of the Field Force for the administration, coordination and execution of Samsung Field Force promoter to achieve their targets and handles daily operation/administrative duties including payroll, recruitment and deployment. Ensure timely execution of payroll, targets and incentives to Samsung-appointed Full-Timer and Part-Timer. Identify business opportunities in the stores to meet sell through target. Ensure the team of Field Force understands monthly deployment of store priorities and initiative.

Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for motivating and managing the performance (achievements, attitude & conduct) and quality of sales promoters in the assigned retail outlets/stores.
- Effective deployment, allocation, and PERFORMANCE managing of manpower based on specified requirements for Full-Timer and Part-Timer Promoters
- Monthly monitoring of sales and expenses of Field Force effort to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
- Check and process all Field Force related invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Ensure timely submission of Field Force data such as monthly sales target, sell out information and compensation for reporting purpose.
- Facilitate and ensure store revenue not only target setting, but also store revenue achievement, and drive ways to achieve Retail KPI - store eco attachment, conversion etc.
- Prepare weekly Field Force report and promotion check list for department meeting and FF briefing respectively
- Maintain Field Force personnel database which includes information like promoter grading, compensation package, training attendance, sales achievement, store deployment monthly basis etc.
- Maintain, monitor and review Mystery Shopping Program (MSP) result and provide recommendations to improve score.
- Performs regular ground checks and obtain retailers’ feedback on Field Force personnel deployed, or assigned to store.
- Identify skill gaps and provide in-field coaching to improve staff performance and efficiency.
- Responsible of monthly work schedule for full-time promoters.
- Pro-actively provide constructive feedback to management and to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
- Prepare and lead SCM with Promoter sell out and OOS report

Skills and Qualifications
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
