**Position Summary**

This role is to support the region in Tax and Treasury functions.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Liquidity management for the company to ensure efficient management of company’s bank accounts
- Perform bank account reconciliation to ensure on-time posting of fund movements reflecting on bank statements against the GL and clearing accounts assigned
- Interest rate risk management and be responsible for interest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report
- FX risk management to ensure foreign currency exposure is managed and hedged in accordance with corporate policy
- Daily and monthly cashflow forecasting and management
- Perform compliance checking and reporting of treasury, financial and accounting processes in accordance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Managing tax issues of Subsidiaries in SEA&O region
- Monitoring tax development/ issues in SEA&O region
- In charge of all tax matters of Singapore entity, including Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, Expatriate’s Tax, GST
- Assisting with preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation with tax advisors
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly/ quarterly tax accounting reporting

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree in finance, accounting, business/economics or any other related field.
- 1~3 years of tax experience, preferably in Big 4 accounting firm, financial institutions and/or large MNC
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
- Strong financial and mathematic acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complex issues under tight deadlines
- Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties
