**Responsibilities**:

- Establish the strategy of tender approach for ongoing marine projects and upcoming projects not only in Singapore but also overseas as a member of the tender team.
- Require to act as the tender meeting facilitator and coordinate meetings with tender teams and consultants under the direction of the tender leader.
- Accumulate technical information based on the available documents to help tender teams and leaders make competitive and correct decisions and provide input to teams and leaders.
- Track deliverables, and control tender team’s preparation works to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
- Identify the problems and devise measures to overcome them.
- Liaise and communicate with Japan and other countries by internal network in order to propose advanced and developed technology for productivity improvement.
- Ensure that the tender submissions are well prepared in accordance with specifications.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marine Projects as an Engineer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a remote area around the world as a Civil Engineer.
- Experience in large-scale construction projects over USD 150M.
- Proactive attitude and a spirit of inquiry, with a willingness to be posted to developing countries and remote areas in Africa and Asia for tasks such as ODA (Official Development Assistance) projects in the near future.
- Experience in planning and constructing dredging and reclamation works with large-size dredgers in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Experience in planning and constructing ODA (Official Development Assistance) projects.
- Proven track record in the construction of
- Dredging and Reclamation Works
- Marine Civil Engineering Works
- Soil Improvement Works
- Piling Works
- Diving Works
- RC Works
- Earthwork

**High proficient at: **
- AutoCAD
- MS project

- A thought leader who can bring programmatic approaches to tackle complex issues both internally and externally.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate articulately with consultants, and subcontractors.
- Having high regard for Environmental Health and Safety culture and practice.
- Willingness to travel overseas, if required.
