Qinetic Wellness is a rehab/physio & education company that focuses on developing people, be it client of staff.

We run rehab related workshops and courses and believe in a mentoring culture of 1-1 coaching between management and staff, we also provide weekly training workshops that help you develop your skills for work and understanding of our services.

Staff will be able to attend our certified courses/workshops/masterclasses so that they can continue to learn and grow. We believe that your growth in the company should not be limited to just the role we offer and believe in providing options to transition to different job scopes and to develop you for your career progression within the company.

Job role:
Administrative duties:

- Client registration, appointments, insurance claims and billing.
- Facilities management.
- Managing and communicating with clients/students for bookings and enquiries during work hours.
- Reach out to potential corporate clients for workshops/group classes/treatment.
- Assisting lecturers during workshops/courses/events.
- Organizing of logistics for workshops/courses/events.
- Assist practitioners during sessions if required.

Job Requirements:

- Sports or health related diploma preferred.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and develop themselves.
- No experience required.
- 5 day work week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
