We are excited to be expanding our team by looking for a freelance Clinic Assistant

Working hours

  • 4 day work week, 8 hours per day
  • $11/hour - $13/hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Coordination: Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate registration procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Manage patient records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, and assist in billing, payment tracking.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of the clinic facility, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or experience working as an administration staff.
  • Proven experience in clinic administration or healthcare management role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour
