Attend to customer's queries via phones
- Take orders via phone calls and input into Navision system
- Compile weekly sales activities report
- To follow up and chase overdue payments from customers
- Issuance of GRN for Drivers to collect back goods if any
- Processing Purchase Requisition and issue of PO
- Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned by Assistant Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to work in a team
- Usage of Navision software will be advantage otherwise training will be provided
- Communications skills as building rapport with customers is important
