We are a global healthcare company with a diverse portfolio of therapies and products in women's health, biosimilars, and established medicines, addressing a wide array of conditions and diseases. We are seeking a talented Digital & Marketing Operations Manager
to support our passionate brand teams, playing an essential role in the digital engagement with HCPs and education of patients.
As a key member of our SEA Cluster Team, you will have the unique opportunity to:

- Collaborate closely with colleagues across markets to deliver the customer experience our customers deserve.

- Become a key player in the brand teams of several products, helping them achieve their goals and drive success.
- Immerse yourself in a culturally rich environment, working with people from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, making every day a unique and fun learning experience.
**Drive results with data-driven marketing**
- Leverage your data-driven mindset and quantitative analysis experience to turn valuable customer insights into effective marketing activities, such as offering HCPs the right information at the right time, and developing materials that help them in their daily work, like post-training material for the use of a contraceptive implant or product detailing material for our fertility portfolio.
- Demonstrate your passion for data and analytics by guiding our marketing initiatives and transforming the SEA cluster into a data-driven organization.
**Build a culture of collaboration and innovation**
- Drive change across borders with your excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and developing strong professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Embrace experimentation by continuously optimizing the customer experience, documenting failures, and scaling successes.
**To join our team of dedicated professionals, you will need**:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Experience in digital marketing within healthcare
- Strong understanding of analytics and affinity for working with data
- Comfort working both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience with Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology tooling (e.g. Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Portals)
- Experience in web analytics, SEO, and SEM
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Fluency in English
