We are looking for a Controlling Team Lead (1 year contract) to support us with the following functions below:
- Support Revenue Forecast/Budget process
- Prepare/Consolidate ASEAN P&L actuals/forecast
- Upload monthly forecast in the RF tools for SG
- Support/preparation of monthly report (variance analysis)
- Prepare monthly financial reporting package and publish on the SharePoint site
- Analyze especial gross profit impact
- Coordinate annual Budget with the support from ASEAN controller
- Warranty and project accruals assessment on a month basis
- PCK coordinator in the ASEAN region
- Review aging of inventories and asset management
- Enter commentaries in the smart reporting.
- Update the comments in the BA dash report and the AR overview in the observer lists.
- Conduct monthly AR meeting review with the controller in the ASEAN region.
- Support SG LDA BA in month end closing
- Monthly project review with the respective ASEAN controller and project manager
- Prepare and consolidate the CS productivity in the region
- Ad-hoc report to be assigned from time to time.
- Requirements:
- Expected degree qualification and/or major - Preferably a qualified **CA or ACCA**:

- ** Strong knowledge of the integration between different SAP modules, such as FI, CO and SD**:

- Relevant year of experience - 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting
- Knowledge of expertise - SAP and Group reporting tools and procedures & FRG
- Personal skills - Good communication, collaboration, presentation and IT skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and efficient communication skills, initiative and proactivity;
- Very good knowledge of the SAP ERP finance module and preferably detailed knowledge of the business partner data model
- Conversion opportunities available depending on performance
