We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern for a six-month internship. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project planning, execution, testing, and delivery by working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the smooth execution of key initiatives.
As a **Project Specialist Intern**, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and cross-functional teams in the successful planning and execution of initiatives. This six-month internship provides hands-on experience in project management practices, communication, testing, and process optimization within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Support: Track tasks, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and maintain alignment.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, presentations, and reports.
- Quality Assurance: Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Map customer-centric journeys to identify and propose enhancements to workflows.
- ** Research & Analysis**: Conduct research to inform project planning and decision-making.

- Strengthen communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Learn to identify and mitigate project risks.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Teams and Visio is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, or Jira) is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Understanding of gaming culture, platforms (PC, console, mobile), and genres is a plus.
- Able to commit 6 months from Jan 2026 - Jun 2026
