**Overview**

As the firm continues its growth in Asia, we are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Fee Specialist** to join the Singapore office. Reporting directly to the **Global Head of Fee**, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality fee interpretation and fee calculation expertise across a complex, dynamic investment landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to contribute meaningfully to fee governance, support automation efforts, and engage cross-functionally with senior stakeholders globally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpret complex fee terms outlined in legal and financial agreements with precision and clarity.
- Review, maintain, and ensure accurate entry of fee parameters into the global fee database.
- Perform and validate both standard and non-standard closing and periodic **fee calculations** within specified deadlines.
- Analyze fee trends and provide insights into emerging structures or anomalies.
- Oversee system-driven fee alerts and prompts to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Uphold internal fee controls and compliance protocols that are reviewed and refined annually.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of fee automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with auditors during the annual external fee audit process.
- Partner with Legal and Structuring teams to resolve ambiguities around fee terms.
- Communicate with Client Relationship and Risk teams to articulate and explain fee outcomes.
- Document decisions and methodologies to ensure audit readiness and institutional transparency.
- Identify and recommend improvements to fee systems, controls, and workflows.
- Address and resolve client queries related to fee structures and calculations.
- Assess non-standard or unusual fee structures, offering critical evaluation and recommendations.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a private equity, hedge fund, or asset management environment.
- Strong expertise in **fee interpretation and fee calculation**, with a solid understanding of fund accounting and financial agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with workflow or data automation tools is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated interest in efficiency and automation; experience with AI or automation tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
