Job Description

The Communications team is part of the Corporate Group at CapitaLand Development (CLD). We develop and implement communications strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment to CLD’s brand. You will have regional market exposure and interactions with multiple stakeholders. They include internal divisions and external parties such as media representatives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop communications messages and materials such as media releases, factsheets, award submissions, thought leadership editorials-
- Conceptualise story angles, with opportunities to pitch coverage and work with local and foreign media in Singapore-
- Plan and manage social media / digital marketing content-
- Monitor and analyse responses on social media platforms-
- Measure and track media coverage-
- Manage website content**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and spoken English (writing test required)-
- Enjoy curating and telling compelling stories-
- Self-motivated, resourceful and driven with the versatility to work independently or as part of a team-
- Strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines-
