Are you a Software Test Automation Engineer with a passion for quality? We're looking for a skilled professional to be part of our R&D Software Engineering team in WS Audiology. You'll be responsible for developing and executing test plans, collaborating within an agile team and continuously improving our testing processes. The role will be located at our Singapore office at 18 Tai Seng Street.

The role
- Review and analyze business and system requirements and develop various test specifications which include Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing and Compliance Testing
- Design/ Develop, review and maintain test scenarios, test cases, test data for manual and automation tests
- Perform trace analysis, execute manual and automation test
- Ensure that all test activities adhere to company standards and expectations
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement around test processes and technical capabilities
- Perform test management, test reporting and defect management for assigned projects
- Provide lessons learnt based on the analysis of related test statistics collatedtime for innovation at regular intervals.

Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar disciplines
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant software test experience
- Good understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle and Azure DevOps Server
- Good understanding of software development or testing background knowledge
- Some knowledge and hands-on experience in commonly used tools and performance load testing tools will be an added advantage
- Experience with either C# or Javascript will be preferred -Prior desktop/ web/ mobile software testing experience is ideal
