Security Policy Lead, Taiwan, Regulated Industries Policy and Regulatory Strategy

8+ years representing a large company, association, or consulting firm, or serving as a policymaker or regulator, with demonstrated experience in managing public policy and/or regulatory advocacy initiatives. - A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline;
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Comprehensive knowledge of (cyber)security, critical infrastructure and resilience regulations impacting cloud adoption;
- Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively and comfortably interact at highest corporate, political and regulatory levels;
- Ability to maintain highest personal levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality and integrity, with a strong professional reputation in the industry;
- A self-starter with proven track record of successfully working with various functional groups across an organization and different cultures, in addition to the ability to work independently;
- Ability to identify and understand key technical aspects in legislative and regulatory proposals, understand business implications, and synthesize policy documents for internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to debate and negotiate with others, including strong judgment/decision-making skills while retaining flexibility as required;
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships and networks with others.
