Under mínimal supervision, analyses project schedules and provides recommendations for corrective action when necessary. Assists with the implementation of consistent planning, scheduling, and resource management processes to meet varying projects. Troubleshoots project management tools, develops processes and procedures for improvement of the tool. Develops relationships through excellent communication skills and acts as a key resource to provide project support as needed. Work closely with procurement and vendors for sourcing, purchasing and liaising on schedule. Performs inventory management functions to optimize material flow. The Project scheduler will have a basic understanding and knowledge of: Forecasting, FP, MRP, Excel, Theory of Constraints, Master Data, Engineering Change Management, and Inventory Turns. To be able to plan and schedule routine orders for their assigned product lines and to resolve related problems affecting delivery for short-term (< 30 days) planning horizons.

Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent and two to four years' experience in scheduling, project management or financial reporting systems.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Under mínimal supervision, analyses project schedules and provide recommendations for corrective action when necessary.
Analyses data from financials and communicates results with management.
Collaborates with management to ensure proper resources are scheduled for each project.
Assists with the implementation of consistent planning, scheduling, and resource management processes to meet varying projects.
Handle Procurement services and sourcing on direct & indirect material
Assisting in global sourcing and liaising with vendors for parts.
Raising of Purchase Request.
Oversees Inventory Control and Materials Management
Liaise with suppliers on delivery status and materials related issues
Arrange shipment of goods, planning delivery schedule and coordinate with suppliers and/or forwarders on delivery plans and requirements.
