Keppel Infrastructure Trust's (KIT) Finance team is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing team. This position will work closely with our other team members to handle business and accounting needs.
- Responsible for full set financials relating to a few KIT’s wholly owned assets in Singapore and Investment Holding entities by working closely with the Finance Shared Services team
- Review some of KIT’s portfolio assets for monthly, quarterly and annual management results
- Support manager to work with some local and overseas subgroup finance teams to ensure adequate and timely financial and management reporting to the Group
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
- Manage the treasury function and loan compliance for some KIT’s portfolio assets
- Timely preparation of budgets and forecasts for some of KIT’s portfolio assets
- Maintain and review financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance by the KIT’s portfolio assets
- Support manager to manage the internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of all audit findings
- Support manager on asset level quarterly Audit Committee and Board Meetings
- Work with manager and company secretaries to prepare to various subgroup Board meetings and resolutions
- Assist in preparation of financial information for inclusion in public documents e.g. annual report, sustainability report, circular, announcements for special projects
- Participate in value creation projects working with other Asset Management team members
- Any other adhoc projects as assigned, e.g. M&A due diligence review, etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in an Audit or Accountant role. Experience in infrastructure industry preferred.
- Innovative and communicates well and quickly.
- Work well in a team, as well as independently.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana/Yardi is an added advantage.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment
- Some travel to overseas assets may be required
**Salary**: $5,200.00 - $7,000.00 per month
