**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a Report to Forecast Service Delivery Manager to join our Finance team who will oversee the financial planning, analysis, regulatory, tax and financial advice focused on our marketing and customer investments and productivity. We seek a seasoned individual with a robust Finance experience, preferably across the big 4s as well as large Corporates.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Manage collaborative business partnership with operating units to develop and execute RPBF support to drive decision making.
- Work with the SD Lead to collaborate and foster relationships with operating units and other hubs (including COEs) within Financial Services/Platform Serices to deliver needed information and analysis.
- Works across the Financial Services RPBF Finance hub to ensure that successful practices are shared and employed to drive efficiency and standardization globally.
- Ensures quality of information provided to stakeholders.
- Works with business stakeholders to anticipate upcoming needs in a changing business environment.
- Works with stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately.
- Connects with bottlers in the region as needed to ensure information needs are met.

Communication Complexities:

- Communicate, collaborate and interact with:

- Functional Manager
- OU Planning Manager/Lead
- COE and other Financial services towers
- CPS
- The job involves analysis and scenario-planning skills
- Clearly communicate and translate into business-terms financial concepts in order to make sound business-decisions
- Ability to improve reporting and planning process to be more efficient

Decision Making:

- Provide recommendation to improve work process
- Collaborate with Region planning teams
- Share best practices to planning teams

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Forecasting, Data Modeling and Visualization, Automation, and Business Analytics
- 5+ years in finance, business planning, and/or forecasting preferred
- Experience preferred with designing, modeling and deploying multi-dimensional systems (e.g. Anaplan, Cognos, Tableau, Hyperion, Business Objects, TM1, etc.)
- Experience in Agile Methodology preferred and working with large data sets is needed
- Experience leveraging skills in project management; change management; process development/improvement; and strong negotiation and collaboration is needed
- Understanding of mathematical, optimization and computational concepts behind analytics algorithms
- Experience synthesizing large, complex data sets from various sources and building machine learning models, data science methods, and analytics is needed
- Must possess exceptional communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability
