**Salary**: SGD3,000.00 - SGD4,500.00 a month (depending on experience)

**Contract Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: At least 4 years of experience in related fields

No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Get familiarised with the company brand voice
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand the company’s brand and messaging, and create copy that aligns with the brand
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing copywriting
- Analyse the marketing objective of each task
- Provide engaging copy and work closely with our in-house graphic designers to maximise synergy between static visuals, copy and captions

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Flexibility and adaptability to feedback
- Familiar with marketing copywriting or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills. Do send in your portfolio of writing samples
- Excellent communication skill
- Able to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Versatile writer
- Knowledge in real estate industry is a bonus
