- Oversee the appointed adventure course vendor daily operations and maintenance regime ensuring safe operations.
- Manage and oversee the maintenance of other adventure attractions and BCA-regulated rides to ensure safety and reliability objectives are met.
- To engage and liaise with authorities (e.g., SCDF and BCA) on routine inspections and annual certification, as required under BCA Amusement Ride Safety Act.
- To plan and renew annual Operating Permits and BCA-regulated rides, including engagement of Specialists PE and conformity Assessor for permit renewals.
- Develop and effectively manage the annual operating and maintenance budget and costs to achieve objectives.
- Prepare and provide scope of work (i.e., spare parts or services) for tender/RFQ and purchases.
- Liaising with appointed vendor(s) on administrative follow-through such as payment and procurement of spare parts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 7 years experience in Adventure and Challenge course environment, including management of operations and maintenance.
- Must have rope access experience and ACCT certification or equivalent.
- BCA Amusement Ride Safety Act knowledge and compliance will be preferred.
- Effective team leader and excellent team player.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic and result-driven environment.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
