STRATEGY
- Have a clear understanding of SFA’s core objectives and mission
- Formulate a clear communications strategy to ensure all communications from SFA to members and external stakeholders reflect key organizational values
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns to members as well as alignment to strategy

WEBSITE
- Plan, manage, monitor, and upgrade the association’s website.
- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Work with vendors and ensure that content and information on the SFA website is optimized for search engines (SEO), and that the User Experience of the website is great.

CONTENT CREATION
- Create high-impact graphic and written marketing content aligned with our objectives - delivering value to the Fintech community.
- Support SFA-led events: deliver pre
- and post-event content showcasing the experience.

SOCIAL MEDIA
- Monitor and support SFA content social media platforms.
- Publish posts about events, news and announcements.

Qualification:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured, logical, and solution-oriented
- An eye for good design
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress and/or other Content Management Systems, W3C Web standards and Google Analytics
