**Job Title**: Curriculum Designer (Singapore Primary & Secondary School Programmes)

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Curriculum Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of comprehensive and engaging curriculum materials for Singapore's primary and secondary school programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Develop detailed curriculum frameworks, scope and sequence documents, and learning outcomes that align with Ministry of Education standards and educational goals.

3. Design curriculum content, lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

4. Incorporate innovative and interactive teaching strategies, technology tools, and experiential learning methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.

5. Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of curriculum content, making necessary revisions and updates to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

6. Provide support and guidance to educators during the implementation of curriculum materials, addressing inquiries and offering professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in curriculum design and development, preferably within Singapore's primary and secondary education context.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's educational landscape, including curriculum frameworks, standards, and pedagogical approaches.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, learning theories, and effective teaching practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey educational concepts clearly and concisely.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and learner-centered content.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
