**Key Responsibilities**

1. Analyse requirements, design, and develop and review courseware using the ADDIE model.

2. Independently create new course packages based on market trends and management input, integrating industry-relevant skills.

3. Develop content for both WSQ and non-WSQ modules.

4. Vet course content and structure, and provide creative write-ups for new courses.

5. Maintain accurate course documentation and version control and ensure regulatory compliance.

6. Support RFP, ITQ, and course contextualisation activities.

7. Participate in curriculum meetings, briefings, and related projects.

8. Respond to curriculum and assessment queries.

9. Ensure learning resources are up-to-date and accessible.

10. Assist with Training and Learning Administration Systems.

11. Use Gen Al tools to prepare digital content.

**Requirements**:
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Master's degree in Education, Training, and Curriculum preferred

Experience in adult learning and workforce development.

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with e-learning design and digital platforms (an advantage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per month
