**Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for a Leads/Sales & Marketing Executive.**

**Responsibilities**
- Generate and qualify leads on potential clients in targeted markets, through a variety of methods such as cold-calling and networking
- Constantly maintain a good relationship with potential leads and grow the relationship into sales opportunities when the right timing arises
- Secure qualified appointments and sales/product demo with key decision-makers
- Liaise with sales & presales team on sales demo and provide relevant info and help when necessary
- Accurately update sales/leads information via our CRM platform
- Be involved in contract and terms negotiation and ensuring the best deal for implementation and subscription.
- Actively explore new leads and sales opportunities in new assigned markets (eg: softs)
- Conduct relevant marketing research to identify key markets and potential leads
- Arrange, participate in Marketing activities to promote industry awareness of our CTRM platform and services.
- Provide relevant assistance to marketing efforts when required

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to identify strong potential leads and prospects using initiative and creativity
- A hunting & farming sales mentality
- Proficient in the use of professional networking tools like LinkedIn
- Result-oriented
- Strong belief in the value of networking and relationship building
- 0-3 years of experience in leads generation
