**Our Team**

This position will report to: APAC Ops Director (Singapore) and the Global EHS Sr. Mgr (USA).

**What You Will Do**
- Work on strategic safety and environmental initiatives as well as ensuring effective tactical execution of strategic plans
- Drive the culture of a regional organization to environmental excellence such that compliance with all environmental rules and regulations is achieved and responsible practices are established
- Manage a team (currently one) of EH&S Managers to further advance safety culture and alignment across Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Services divisions within our manufacturing facility in Chang Su, implementing best practices and encouraging employee ownership in addition to guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations
- Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying creative solutions to gaps in systems and processes
- Develop a culture of trust with all KES employees by establishing and cultivating relationships through effective interactions and timely response to employees concerns and requests
- Manage timely response to client pre-qualification questionnaires
- Monitor training / compliance requirements for field teams operating in APAC client sites
- Supervise ISO45001 and ISO14001 Management systems
- Exemplify leadership qualities to ensure employee development of direct and indirect reports, knowledge acquisition, and optimum use of talents and capabilities
- Develop and maintain meaningful and consistent performance metrics across manufacturing and field service teams and projects
- Develop systems for monitoring financials associated with safety
- Work closely with European, Middle East and India peers to improve efficiencies

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Established a professional career with proven results in an EH&S background
- Experience leading a multi-site team, including motivating, coaching, and developing
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% including domestic and global travel
- 5+ years of experience creating, monitoring safety programs and management systems in the construction industry.
- 10+ years in business setting
- Experience completing pre-qualification questionnaires for potential clients
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Degree in EH&S, Sciences, Psychology, or related field
- Recognized Credentials in industry
- Train the Trainer or similar experience
- Understanding of and ability to drive culture alignments (US/Chinese) Experience working in petrochemical refineries
