**Make an Impact by**
- To Implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs tailored to the unique needs and risks of data center projects and operations. Manage policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- To manage compliance with EHS regulations, ensuring that all projects and operations meet the legal requirements unique to each location. Support regionally where needed.
- To stay abreast of applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and codes governing data center operations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and local regulations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain necessary permits and licenses.
- To conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential EHS risks and vulnerabilities within data center facilities. Implement mitigation strategies and controls to minimize risks and prevent incidents.
- To develop EHS training programs to data center staff and contractors. Provide instruction on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure that all personnel receive appropriate training and certification as required.
- To lead investigations of EHS incidents, including accidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental releases. Determine root causes and contributing factors and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Prepare accurate and timely incident reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Skills for Success**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- Professional certification in Environmental Health and Safety or relate certification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS management, with specific experience in industrial or data center environments
- In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge and trained in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety.
- Strong understanding of APAC-specific EHS regulations and sustainability practices relevant to employees and operations.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional APAC languages is a plus.
