An incubator of dreams PSO is one of the most dynamic groups of financial consultants in the insurance industry. PSO is home to individuals of change, each acting as catalysts, bringing the best out of your thoughts, actions and dreams.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will identify, strategize and grow key customer prospects by designing, building and growing our social media presence. At its core, marketing at PSO starts with technology and ends with the client, bringing both together in unconventional ways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create exciting campaigns that attract and engage new customers.
- Strategically identify and implement a dynamic mix of online and offline advertising channels to boost brand visibility.
- Manage and elevate our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram by crafting captivating content, running targeted ads, and analyzing performance to drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within PSO to effectively promote new product launches, exciting promotions, and key company updates.
- Write and edit engaging articles, blog posts, and social media content that resonate with our audience and strengthen our brand voice.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain at the forefront of the market.
- Design and implement fun online contests and social media initiatives that foster strong connections with our audience.
- Evaluate the success of our digital marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies to achieve outstanding results.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Role Requirements**:

- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
- Singapore Citizen
- Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM
- Innovative and good knowledge of the target market.
- Sensitive to the market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
